To further the advancement of the student thru encouragement and understanding..............To reach their goals.

Art will teach the student the program that best fits their needs. From beginning student to the very advanced his approach is the same. A fun environment that helps the student feel comfortable to perform and learn without pressure to move forward quickly. The subjects that will be covered will be the following:

1. Learn all aspects of technique.
2. Cover all the rudiments.
3. Learn to read snare drum & the drum kit.
4. Learn all styles on the drum kit.
5. I will teach you how to play with a band ( play along with cd's and a drum machine)

The following will be covered in the lesson or as a workshop:

1. How to play with a click track.
2. The proper way to tune the drums.
3. How to play with other players.
4. How to pick out cymbals.
5. Learn aspects of the music business.

My approach to teaching is simple you're here to learn and I'm here to teach.. ..Now let's get to practicing and have some fun....................
